Samsung has recently reported that it will launch two phablets under it’s Mega product range.  SamMobile, a leading  tech website that focuses mainly on Samsung products has leaked the specifications of Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 and Galaxy Mega 5.8.

According to the leaked reports ,  information, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 comes with a 6.3-inch PLS HD resolution display. There is an eight megapixel rear camera and a two megapixel front camera for video chat. It even comes with a dual-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM.

Connectivity options should include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi  and AGPS.This device weighs 88X167.6X7.9mm and runs on  a  3,200 mAh battery and works on Android 4.2.2 or the older version of Android 4.1.2. It has  the same thickness like Galaxy S4 too.

SamMobile  even reports that Galaxy Mega 6.3 will be launched  in two versions. A GT-I9205 LTE model and  GT-I9200 3G model, both comes  in two different colours; black and white.

Galaxy Mega 5.8 comes with a 960 x 540-pixel display,1.4GHz dual-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM. This model has  a 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a smaller 2,600mAh battery and  runs on Android 4.1.2 or 4.2.2 Jelly Bean along with Nature UX. It has a thickness of 9.7mm.

There is no solid evidence about the release date of the phablet, but both are expected to release  around May this year.The pictures of these mega model handsets haven’t yet released.

You will have to wait for some more time to hear an official statement from Samsung for confirming the authenticity of this leakage. However you can expect the release of this phablets this year itself.
