Import your rss subscription to google reader

Are you using some other rss reader and you are weird in using the application. You need the same subscription in google reader as well. There is solution for every problems google know it well. Yes you can import the your subscription to google reader.

Step 1)

Export your subscription as OPML file from your reader.

Step 2)

Click on the setting link on the top right of google reader.

Step 3)

Select Import / Export tab. Browse and select your OPML from your local machine.

Step 3)

After selecting the OPML from your local machine. Click on the upload button.

You can add your new subscription to your desired folder.

Google reader is one of the most popular reader available online now. Google acquired the prerogative right to say the application is best. I am one of the fan of google reader that is why I am regularly posting the tips in google reader. Last week I explained how to make your google reader offline. Actually google reader is ominous for other RSS readers applications, because lot of people are migrating to google reader. A new comer prefer google reader only, you know why? If he / she had a google account, all the application by google are free to use from the same account, thereby google brings the same crowd to all of their applications.
