Orkut has recently launched Orkut Promote anew tool which helps an Orkut user to promote anything that a users sees fit to all his or her Orkut friends. A user can promote anything pictures, blogs, communities and funny youtube videos. The tool allows one to create announcements and this can be sent to all of Orkut friends at one go. Along with the intended photos or youtube videos to be promoted one can add titles and a description of the featured picture or video to be promoted.
Features of the promote tool include.
1.Create promotions by adding suitable titles,descriptions to the videos on youtube and orkut albums.
2. There is a built in trash and promote feature that allows any of the friends to trash the promote or further promote to more friends.
3. The My promotion tool allows one to view ow many viewed, clicked ,deleted and further promoted their promotions giving vital statistics.
4.One can also stop and delete their promotions when they wish to do so.
